This bundle combines the main building blocks of a VMware virtual infrastructure. vSphere (ESXi) runs your virtual machines, vCenter Server manages hosts and VMs from one console, and vSAN turns the local disks of your hosts into shared, hyper-converged storage.

- RAM: 8 GB minimum per host (32 GB or more recommended with vSAN)
- Network: 10 GbE recommended for vSAN
- Boot device: 32 GB (128 GB recommended)
Activation guide

Workstation Pro / Fusion Pro
Open the app and go to Help → Enter a License Key (Workstation) or VMware Fusion → License (Fusion), then paste the key.

vSphere: add the key
In the vSphere Client open Administration → Licensing → Licenses → Add, paste the key, give it a name and finish.

vSphere: assign it
Go to the Assets tab, select your vCenter Server or ESXi hosts, choose “Assign License” and select the new key.

Single ESXi host
Without vCenter, open the ESXi Host Client → Manage → Licensing → Assign license and enter the key.

Do I need special hardware for vSAN?+
vSAN requires certified hardware (vSAN ReadyNodes or compatible components) and at least 2–3 hosts.
