Terms & Conditions

[Company legal name, registered address and company/VAT number to be added before launch.] In these terms “KeyMart”, “we” and “us” refer to that company, and “you” refers to the customer.

1. What we sell

KeyMart sells digital licence keys (product keys / activation codes) for software published by third parties such as Microsoft, Gen Digital (Norton, Avast, AVG), McAfee, Bitdefender, Kaspersky, Autodesk, Corel and Broadcom (VMware). We are an independent reseller and are not affiliated with, endorsed or sponsored by these publishers. Your use of the software is governed by the publisher's own licence terms.

2. Accounts

You need an account to buy. You are responsible for keeping your login details safe and for all activity on your account. You must be at least 18 years old, or have permission from a parent or guardian.

3. Prices and payment

  • Prices are shown in US dollars, euros or pounds sterling. You are charged in the currency shown at checkout.
  • We accept card payments (including Apple Pay and Google Pay) processed by Stripe, and PayPal. We never see or store your full card details.
  • A crossed-out “was” price is only shown where it was a real previous price: the lowest price applied in the 30 days before the current price.
  • A maximum of 3 keys can be bought per order.

4. Order check and delivery

To protect customers and prevent fraud, every paid order is checked by our team before the key is released. After approval the key is delivered by email to the delivery address you give at checkout and is stored in your account. We do not promise instant delivery. We may ask for more information, or cancel and fully refund an order, if we cannot verify it.

5. Regions

Keys are sold for a specific region (United States, Europe, United Kingdom or Global). You must choose the region in which you will activate the product. A key bought for the wrong region may not activate. Check the product page before buying.

6. Right of withdrawal (EU/UK consumers)

Licence keys are digital content not supplied on a tangible medium. At checkout you ask us to supply the key before the end of the 14-day withdrawal period and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once the key has been delivered. Until delivery you can cancel for a full refund. This does not affect your statutory rights if a key is faulty; see our Refund Policy.

7. Refunds

Refunds are handled under our Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.

8. Acceptable use

You may not resell keys bought from us, use stolen payment methods, open payment disputes for orders that were delivered and work, or use the site for anything unlawful. We may close accounts that do so.

9. Liability

We are responsible for supplying a working key matching your order. We are not responsible for the software itself, which is provided by its publisher, or for losses that were not foreseeable. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

10. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms; the version in force when you place your order applies to that order. [Governing law and courts to be specified.] If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of your country of residence.
