How quickly will I receive my key?+
Every order is checked by our team before release. After approval your key is delivered by email and appears in your account. We don't promise instant delivery: the check protects you and us from fraud.
Why is my order being checked?+
Digital keys are a common target for payment fraud. A quick manual check means stolen cards can't be used to buy keys, which keeps prices fair and keys valid.
Are the keys genuine?+
Yes. We sell licence keys intended for activation through the publisher's official website or app. If a key doesn't activate, our Refund Policy covers you.
Which region should I choose?+
Choose the region where you'll activate the product and where your publisher account is registered: United States, Europe (EU), United Kingdom, or Global if available. Region-locked keys may not activate elsewhere.
Which currency do you charge in?+
All prices are in US dollars (USD) and you are charged in USD. If your card or PayPal account uses another currency, your bank or PayPal converts the amount at its own rate.
How can I pay?+
Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay and Google Pay via Stripe (with 3D Secure where your bank requires it), or PayPal.
How many keys can I buy?+
Up to 3 keys per order.
I didn't receive the email with my key.+
Check your spam folder first. You can also view the key in your account under Orders, or use the “Resend my key by email” button there.
Can I get a refund?+
Yes: a full refund if your key hasn't been revealed yet, or if it doesn't activate. After successful activation keys can't be refunded. See the Refund Policy for details.
Will my subscription renew automatically?+
No, not through us. We email you a reminder about 11 months after purchase so you can renew in time. Some publishers may switch on auto-renewal inside your account; you can turn that off in your account with them.
Are you affiliated with the software publishers?+
No. We're an independent reseller and not affiliated with Microsoft, Norton, McAfee, Bitdefender, Autodesk or any other publisher. Product names and trademarks belong to their owners.
