AutoCAD 2024 is Autodesk's flagship CAD software for precise 2D drafting and 3D modelling. Architects, engineers and construction professionals use it to create drawings, plans and models in the DWG format.
The 2024 release adds Activity Insights, Smart Blocks placement and replacement, markup import and assist, and performance improvements. It includes specialised toolsets for architecture, mechanical, electrical, MEP, plant 3D and more.

Under Products and Services, download the exact product and version from your order (for example AutoCAD 2024).

Run the installer and follow the steps. Restart the computer if asked.

Start the software. Choose “Sign in with your Autodesk ID” for account-based licences, or “Enter a serial number” and type the serial number and product key from your order.

What's the difference to AutoCAD LT?+
AutoCAD LT is 2D only. Full AutoCAD adds 3D modelling, automation (AutoLISP, APIs) and industry toolsets.
