How to activate NeoPad Pro
NeoPad Pro is activated inside the app with your licence key. One licence is for one person, on all of their own PCs. Activation also works offline.
Before you start
- Install NeoPad from neopad.app (Windows 10 or 11, 64-bit) – the free version is the same app; Pro just unlocks it.
- Have your NeoPad Pro key ready from your order email or your private order page.

Open NeoPad settings
In NeoPad, open Settings → Pro.

Choose Licence key
Click Licence key.

Paste your key
Paste the key exactly as shown in your order email.

Activate
Click Activate. Pro turns on right away – no internet connection needed.

Your other PCs
Your licence is for you on all of your own PCs: repeat the same steps on each of them.
Troubleshooting
I don't see Settings → Pro
Update NeoPad to the latest version from neopad.app, then try again.
What about “Sign in” in Settings → Pro?
Sign in turns on Pro for purchases linked to an account on neopad.app. For a key bought on KeyMart, use Licence key as described above – it always works, also offline.
The key is not accepted
Copy the whole key again from your order email, without spaces before or after it. If it still fails, contact us with your order number – don't share the key publicly.
