How to activate Google AI Pro with your activation link

Google AI Pro is added to your own Google account with a one-time activation link. There's no key to type – you open the link while signed in to the Gmail account you want to upgrade and confirm on Google's page.

Before you start

Check which Google account is signed in in your browser – the plan is added to that account. If several accounts are signed in, use a private/incognito window and sign in only to the right one.
Open the link within 24 hours of receiving it.
Open the link only once. Don't forward it or open it on another account.

Find your activation link
It's in your order email (button “Activate now”) and on your private order page. Don't click it yet.

Sign in to the right Gmail account
In your browser, sign in to the Google account you want to upgrade. Sign out of other Google accounts, or use a private window with only that account signed in.

Open the activation link
Click “Activate now” (or paste the link into the browser where the right account is signed in). Open it only once.

Confirm on Google's page
Check that the account shown is the one you want, then confirm the activation on Google's page.

Check your plan
Your Google account now shows Google AI Pro for 18 months. From your Google account settings you can share it with up to 5 family members.

Troubleshooting

The link says it has expired

Activation links are valid for 24 hours. Don't retry with another account – contact us with your order number and we'll help you.

I activated it on the wrong account

Google asks me to choose an account

Pick the Gmail account you want to upgrade. If you're not sure which one is active, cancel, sign out of the other accounts and open the link again in the same browser.
